We’re the Ortegas.

We met back in 2004 In Costa Rica during a six month DTS (Discipleship Training School) with YWAM (Youth With A Mission.) Our team traveled to India and Holland together and we fell in love.

We were married in 2005 and a few months later we moved to Chile as missionaries. Although our plan was to do long term missions in South America, the Lord put it on our hearts to serve the local church in the Inland Empire of California.

We moved to California in the summer of 2007 and became the pastors of a local church in San Bernardino. In November, 2009 our daughter, Talia was born and in April 2012 we welcomed our son, Liam.

After six years of pastoring we felt that God was calling us to move to the central coast to work with YWAM as full time missionaries.

In the summer of 2013 we packed up our belongings and moved to Pismo Beach, California. What an adventure it has been for our little family!

We are passionate about raising up leadership, bridging local churches to the mission field and to train and send out students to the nations.
